What is Computer?? The term 'Computer' is derive from the Latin word 'Computer', this means to calculate. Computer is an advance electronic device, which takes raw data as input from the user and processes these data under the control of set of instructions (called program) and given the result (output). It also saves output for the future use. It can process both numerical and non- numerical (arithmetic and logic) calculations. In other words, computer is a programmable machine that stores and retrieves data and performs high-speed logical and mathematical operations.
